Increase Your Income – Part 2

Ok, so now let’s find out how my super rich friend always gives the right advice and is never wrong. Science now knows that there are at least 10 dimensions, and whatever is outside of our known four dimensions (length, width, height and time) is not subject to our limitations. So when you are outside these four, you can see the future, the past and the present. That would be like getting tomorrow’s news today. Thus always knowing which investments to make.

Well my super rich friend can do that, and by me following His advice, I’ve been able to build my family’s wealth. His methods, directions and invaluable advice give me an unfair advantage over others, if I follow His principles and act on them. Do you want to know who He is and the name of His all time best-selling book?

Well He wrote the book called the Bible, which talks more about money than prayer, faith, love, heaven and hell combined! I have used it as a literal roadmap to build my multi-million dollar businesses because it has given me ideas that I would never thought of. So let’s see what it says.

The first thing He said you will need is wisdom. King Solomon was the richest man who ever lived because when God gave him a chance to ask for anything he wanted, he asked for wisdom. Not riches, just wisdom. If God had asked me that, I would have said I wanted 100 more wishes. Well Solomon’s accumulated wisdom and the wisdom of many others is written in the Bible. And the part that is strange is that it is just as relevant today as it was back then. God not only gave us the Bible to learn from, but He also sent Yeshua (Jesus) to live amongst us to teach us things in person. Yes that was 2,000 years ago, but people back then wanted to make more money just as we do today.

One of the first things that Yeshua warned people about, was to make sure they didn’t lose their integrity to gain what they wanted. Same today!

I know also, my God, that you test the heart and take pleasure in integrity. 1 Chronicles. 29:16

For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul? Mark 8:36

People were constantly asking Yeshua about money and prosperity and He said…

“No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stick by one and look down on the other. You cannot serve God and money.” So I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food and the body more than clothing? “Look at the birds of the air. They do not sow or reap or gather into barns; yet your Father in heaven feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? And why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They neither toil nor spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these. Now if in this way God clothes the grass, which is here today and thrown into the furnace tomorrow, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ For the pagans eagerly pursue all these things; yet your Father in heaven knows that you need all these. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Matthew 6:24-33

In other words, instead of worrying about what to do to succeed, seek Him first, then He’ll give you what you need, but He’ll do it through people. Until I got past just knowing this in my head, until this became who I am, until I lived and breathed it, I didn’t see success. It works!

God places His Wisdom inside of you in the form of His Holy Spirit. Unfortunately, even though all true believers have God’s wisdom and power in them, most don’t really believe it, so they never use it to change negative circumstances. This is why so many religious people are also broke. What a shame. The Bible says:

You may say in your heart, ‘My power and the might of my hand has made me this wealth.’ Rather you are to remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to make wealth… Deuteronomy. 8:17-18

You may be praying for God to send you money, but He won’t. But He has already given you His power and wisdom so you can make wealth. It would be easy for God to just give you money, but eventually you would come to depend on His handout. Need proof? Look at our welfare system.

It’s like the saying “Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach a man to fish, and he eats for life.” God wants to teach you how to make wealth.

One of the first things you must do in order to create wealth is to reverse your poverty mentality. Poverty is caused by the fear of not having enough, so we hold on tight to what we do have and don’t share it. The longer you live like that, the longer you will live hand to mouth, and be broke.

“It is possible to give away and become richer! It is also possible to hold on too tightly and lose everything (poverty). Yes, the liberal (giving) man shall be rich! By watering others, he waters himself.” Proverbs 11:24-25

God says the more you give to help others, the more He will blesses you with, which will then allow you to give even more to others.

Now think about that. When God finds someone who will distribute His riches to help many, don’t you think He will give Him even more to distribute? Versus giving more to someone who just buys more stuff for himself? This requires faith; but so does jumping. If you didn’t have faith that gravity would keep you from slamming your head on the ceiling, you would not jump. And like gravity, God is invisible but real.

Who does God honor and bless the most?

Yeshua sat down near the collection box in the Temple and watched as the crowds dropped in their money. Many rich people put in large amounts. Then a poor widow came and dropped in two small coins (about 50 cents). Yeshua said, “I tell you the truth, this poor widow has given more than all the others. For they gave a tiny part of their surplus, but she, poor as she is, has given everything she had to live on.”  Mark 12:41-43

God looks at your heart and the bigger it is, the more He gives you. Giving $25.00 to someone in a critical need while you have $1,000.00 shows your poverty mentality. Justifying it by saying you work hard for your money shows you don’t trust God to give you more to give away again. So He doesn’t.

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways.” It is a declaration of the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8,9

Giving is what stops poverty. God says it this way.

Whoever sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully. 2 Corinthians 9:6

Give, and it will be given to you, a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, overflowing, will be given into your lap. For whatever measure you measure out will be measured back to you. Luke 6: 38

Yeshua didn’t specify “what” to give. Give of your time, energy, and prayers, and you’ll receive back what you gave, only multiplied. But remember… You don’t give to get, you give to bless!

Let me close Part 2 by asking you to consider something that God asked me to do. He told me to write a book and sell it at my cost. That meant I would have to take the time to write it, print it, and distribute it all for no profit. Does that make sense to do? Of course not, but that is only true when we only use our human wisdom.

Well Jackie and I have sacrificed all of our profit by selling my book at actual cost, 400,000 plus times! In the natural that means that if we made just $1.00 profit on each book, we could have made $400,000. But we choose to sow into His Kingdom and let Him decide how to best bless everyone, including us. We consider building His Kingdom an honor. And boy have we been blessed in return!

Let me close by sharing with you a way my friend made hundreds of extra dollars each week starting with next to nothing. He used his head and thought… Since we are in a time when both parents are working plus there are a lot of single parents and older folks, there must be something he could do to solve one of their problems. He knew he could make money by walking people’s dogs, going shopping for them, taking them to the doctor, etc. But my friend was in his 70s and due to physical limitations he needed to do something easy that he would enjoy. Well he loves dogs and cats, so he went to veterinarians and offered to pick up dogs or cats for their vet appointments, from owners that either couldn’t get around well or just didn’t have the time to do it. Of course the vet benefitted, the animal’s owners loved him, and of course he got paid. All he needed to get started was a wire kennel buckled into the back of his car and walla, a new creative business. Well since he had a dog, he already had the kennel, so he made hundreds of dollars a week doing something he enjoyed. And because he gave great customer service, he got lots of referrals and repeat business. How easy is that?

See you in Part 3.
